Sooooo, the Finnish government is in “crisis mode” and Finns are totally shitting themselves because crazy Jussi Halla-aho is now actually in a position of at least some power as the new head of the ultra-nationalist Finns Party.

“How could they elect someone like this?!?” “Have you read what he’s said?!?” “Is he crazy?!?”

Hey Finland, welcome to our world! Except in our world Halla-aho would now be president AND Prime Minister and the only other people in positions of true governmental power would all be clones of Teuvo Hakkarainen.

So everyone please just chill, this is so not a crisis.

Yeah, Halla-aho is a creepy disgusting guy who openly hates immigrants (and on behalf of Finland’s immigrants, I assure you the feeling is totally mutual), black people and Muslims, dreams of shooting gay people in the head and fantasizes about “green leftists do-gooder women being raped”. But lucky for Finland, it took all of like five minutes for Juha Sipilä, Petteri Orpo and the entire Internet to tell him to fuck off. And today, 20 now ex-Finn Party MPs, including Timo Soini – the Jekyll to Halla-aho’s Hyde – joined the chorus.

We’re stuck with Trump for four years.
