Submarines Dubai Escape
An undated image provided by Herve Jaubert, shows one of the recreational submarines he built. Jaubert is embroiled in a federal lawsuit over an ill-fated business venture with Dubai World Corp. Jaubert claims the failed plan to build the submarines for tourist and the super wealthy cost him millions. Dubai World countersued, saying Jaubert owes them $1 million and fled Dubai rather than pay his debts.
